Where to grow it: In a spot that gets full sun for most of the day
When to grow it: Plant it in spring & summer when the soil is nice and warm
How to grow it: Plant seedlings 5-10cm apart, in rows 30-40cm apart
Ready to eat? About 8-10 weeks after planting the roots will be ready for harvest. But you can pick small, young leaves for salads and cook up large leaves like you would spinach or kale.
